These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of World Hop (the "App"). The App is provided by BAISHUISHAN TECHNOLOGY LIMITED ("we," "us," or "our").

Please read these Terms carefully. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. App Store Terms

The App is licensed, not sold. If you obtained the App through Apple's App Store, your use of the App is also subject to Apple's applicable Usage Rules and the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/) (the "Standard EULA"), unless a valid custom license agreement is presented to you through Apple.

These Terms supplement the Standard EULA and address the features and services specific to World Hop. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

2. Eligibility

You may use the App only if you are legally capable of entering into these Terms. If you are not legally capable of entering into these Terms on your own, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to them for you. You may not use the App if applicable law prohibits you from doing so.

3. License

Subject to these Terms and the applicable App Store rules, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to install and use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control for personal, lawful, non-commercial use.

You may not copy, distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, publicly display, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, attempt to derive source code from, or create derivative works of the App except to the extent that a restriction is prohibited by applicable law or permitted by an applicable open-source or third-party content license.

4. The App and Its Features

The App may provide features such as:

global live video discovery, map locations, thumbnails, and live playback through the official YouTube embedded player;

Apple Maps, Apple Look Around, traffic information, three-dimensional maps, and satellite-map views;

a 360-degree Explorer using locally packaged panorama images;

landmark information, locally packaged landmark images, and landmark detail pages;

a "Nearby Live Cams" feature that selects eligible live resources using landmark and stream coordinates;

a Geo-Tagged Camera that can place selected location, time, altitude, direction, and map information on a photo you create;

Orientation features using device direction sensors and, where authorized, location information; and

a Global Time feature for the cities packaged in the App.

The current App does not provide user accounts, cloud synchronization, favorites, comments, route planning, voice navigation, user-submitted landmarks, background playback, or video downloading. Features may change in later versions.

Features depend on your device, permissions, internet connection, geographic coverage, third-party availability, content licenses, and App version. Some features may not be available in all countries, regions, languages, or devices.

5. Location, Map, Live Content, and Safety Disclaimer

The App is intended for general informational, recreational, and utility purposes. It is not a navigation service, emergency service, professional surveying tool, aviation or maritime instrument, safety system, or substitute for official traffic, weather, geographic, or public-safety information.

Locations, coordinates, addresses, altitude, direction, distance, map imagery, traffic conditions, landmark information, panorama content, and live content may be approximate, delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or incorrect. Apple Look Around and three-dimensional map coverage is limited by Apple's coverage and may not exist for a selected location. The 3D Earth feature is not a promise of real-time satellite imagery.

"Nearby Live Cams" describes an editorial or data-based selection near a landmark coordinate. It does not guarantee an exact view of the landmark, a particular distance, a particular country, or continued live status. Any number displayed on a global live map may be a presentation value used by the App's interface and is not a count of viewers, devices, or people currently watching.

Do not rely on the App where inaccurate or delayed information could cause injury, property damage, legal violations, or other serious harm. Do not operate the App in a distracting or unsafe manner while driving, cycling, walking in hazardous areas, or performing an activity that requires your full attention. Always follow local laws, posted signs, official instructions, and actual conditions.

6. Permissions and Generated Photos

Certain features require permission to access Location Services, the camera, or Photos, and some features may use device direction sensors. You may deny or revoke applicable permissions through iOS Settings, although doing so may prevent or limit the affected feature.

The Geo-Tagged Camera can create photos that visibly include an address, date and time, coordinates, altitude, direction, a map preview, or other fields shown by the selected template. You are responsible for reviewing this information before saving, publishing, or sharing the photo. Do not use the feature to reveal another person's private location, invade privacy, harass, stalk, threaten, mislead, or violate applicable law.

The App does not claim ownership of photos you create. You are responsible for the content you create and for having any rights, permissions, and legal basis required to capture, save, publish, or share it.

7. Third-Party Services and Content

The App may provide access to services and content supplied by third parties, including Apple mapping services, YouTube video content, map imagery, landmark images, and 360-degree panoramas. Third-party services and content are governed by their own terms, privacy policies, availability rules, licenses, and technical restrictions.

7.1 Apple Services

Apple Maps, map imagery, Look Around, traffic information, geocoding, location services, and related features are provided by Apple. Their accuracy, coverage, and availability are controlled by Apple and may change without notice. Your use of Apple services is subject to Apple's Maps Terms of Use (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/maps/terms-en.html), Apple's applicable terms, and Apple's privacy policy.

7.2 YouTube Content

The App uses the official YouTube embedded player and may use YouTube-provided metadata and thumbnails to organize publicly available live or other video content. YouTube videos, live streams, thumbnails, channel names, trademarks, and related content belong to their respective owners or licensors. The App does not grant you any ownership or additional rights in that content.

By using a YouTube-related feature in the App, you agree that your use of the relevant YouTube service and content is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). You must not download, extract, record, redistribute, modify, obscure attribution for, remove official player controls from, bypass technical restrictions on, or commercially exploit YouTube content unless the rights holder and applicable terms expressly permit it.

The App does not require a YouTube sign-in and does not control the privacy practices, advertisements, recommendations, age classifications, availability, or other notices displayed by YouTube. YouTube content may be changed, interrupted, restricted, removed, ended, or made unavailable without notice. Displaying or linking to YouTube content does not mean that we own, control, verify, or endorse it.

7.3 Landmark Images and 360-Degree Panoramas

Some landmark images and 360-degree panoramas included in or displayed by the App may be supplied by third-party creators or licensors and may be made available under Creative Commons, CC0, public-domain, or other licenses. Author, source, and license information will be provided in the App or in accompanying attribution notices where required.

Those materials remain subject to their respective licenses. A third-party license may permit uses that these Terms do not otherwise grant, provided that you comply with that license, including attribution, share-alike, notice, or other conditions. The App does not grant additional rights in those materials beyond the applicable license.

7.4 Third-Party Availability

Third-party content and services may be changed, interrupted, restricted, removed, ended, or made unavailable without notice. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for third-party content, services, transactions, policies, licenses, accuracy, or availability.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

use the App for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, infringing, or deceptive purposes;

use location, camera, map, panorama, or live content to harass, stalk, threaten, surveil, or invade another person's privacy;

interfere with, damage, overload, disable, or attempt unauthorized access to the App or any third-party service;

bypass technical restrictions, security measures, access controls, attribution, license notices, or official player controls;

use bots, scraping tools, or automated means to extract or copy content from the App or third-party services except where expressly permitted by us, the rights holder, applicable terms, or an applicable license;

introduce malware, malicious code, or other harmful material;

misrepresent the source, accuracy, ownership, license, or live status of content; or

use the App in a way that violates the rights of another person or the terms of Apple, Google, YouTube, a content licensor, or another applicable service provider.

Nothing in this Section restricts rights that an applicable open-source, Creative Commons, CC0, public-domain, or other third-party license expressly grants to you.

9. Intellectual Property

The App's software, interface, design, original text, graphics, icons, and other materials created for the App are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Third-party maps, imagery, videos, live streams, thumbnails, trademarks, data, landmark images, panoramas, and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners or are made available under their respective licenses. These Terms do not transfer any rights in third-party materials to you or to us except as expressly provided by an applicable license.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy (https://hfhk.worldhop01.com/privacyPolicy.html) explains how information is handled when you use the App. It is also available through the App's Settings page and the official Privacy Policy page listed in the App Store. By using the App, you acknowledge the practices described in that policy and the separate privacy practices of third-party services you choose to use.

11. Availability, Updates, and Changes

We may update, modify, add, suspend, restrict, or discontinue App features when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, third-party changes, licensing requirements, or product development. We do not guarantee that any specific video, live stream, map view, landmark, panorama, feature, or third-party service will remain available.

Updates may be required to continue using some features. Your use of updates remains subject to these Terms unless different terms are provided with the update.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App and all related features, information, content, and services are provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim warranties and conditions that may lawfully be disclaimed, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, quiet enjoyment, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, complete, current, or compatible with every device or location, or that third-party content will remain available. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some exclusions may not apply to you.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, business, opportunities, or goodwill, arising from or related to the App, third-party services, inaccurate information, unavailable content, generated photos, or your use of or inability to use the App.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or personal injury where applicable law prohibits such a limitation. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

14. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the App at any time and may delete it from your device. Your license to use the App terminates automatically if you materially violate these Terms.

We may suspend or restrict access to features when reasonably necessary to protect users, third parties, the App, or legal rights; address security or abuse; comply with law; enforce licensing or attribution requirements; or respond to a third-party service restriction. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limitations, and dispute-related provisions.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the App, third-party services, content licenses, or legal requirements. We will update the Last Updated date when changes are made. Material changes will take effect when posted or otherwise communicated as required by applicable law. Your continued use of the App after updated Terms take effect means you accept them, to the extent permitted by law.

16. Governing Law and Consumer Rights

These Terms are governed by applicable law, without overriding any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply in your place of residence. Any dispute must be brought in a court or forum that has jurisdiction under applicable law.

If you obtained the App through Apple's App Store, the governing-law and forum provisions in the applicable Apple Standard EULA may also apply.

17. General Terms

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our consent. We may transfer these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or transfer of responsibility for the App, subject to applicable law.

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any applicable App Store terms form the agreement governing your use of the App.
